Introduction
Introduction of Officescapes to employees—
Onboarding materials and IT support

Pain point 1: Dull WFH experience
To help make working from home a more exciting experience, we included the element of personalization, allowing users to feel a stronger sense of identity.

Pain point 2: Disconnection
To foster stronger connections among colleagues, we added interaction prompts for easy conversation starters and an entertainment room for virtual bonding.
Proximity sensors that allow you to hear another user
only when in close proximity (like in real life) ensure smoother interactions.
The VR set and 360º conferencing camera are used together to create immersive meeting experiences for employees working from home.

Pain point 3: No work-life balance
Officescapes has time markers set into place to remind employees to take breaks and to get off work on time. Once the clock hits *6pm (or whatever time the company sets), lights in the virtual office dim.
If overtime meetings are inevitable, a 'time extension' function is also available to keep the lights on.
user journey

Using the employee ID to login to Officescapes, the employee uses the virtual metaverse when working from home.
The employee enters the virtual office, customizes their own avatar, and clicks the room to enter a meeting with colleagues.
As it approaches the end of the day, a countdown reminder appears on the laptop screen, the employee takes off the VR headset, logs out Officescapes, and ends a day of work from home.
The screen loads the VR interface.
Puts on the VR headset and connect bluetooth to the laptop.
The virtual scene of the meeting appears on the interface. The user is fully immersed in 360º degree video conferencing experience. as if meeting with colleagues face-to-face in real.
